What we collect
When you send a service enquiry, register a warranty, ask where to buy or contact us, we receive your name, phone number, email address and the details you type in. We use them only to reply and to help with your product. Orders placed in the online shop are handled by WooCommerce and our payment provider.
On your device
The gas vs electric calculator and the geyser sizer keep your answers in your own browser (local storage) so you can come back to them. They are not sent to us unless you press send.
Who can see it
Entries are stored on this website and emailed to our enquiries or service team. We do not sell or share your details.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your details at any time (POPIA). Email enquiries@totai.co.za. Our PAIA manual is available on request and on this website.
